Florida Real Estate University is based in Florida. Its license has been continuously active - a Florida Licensed Real Estate School since 1980. Our instructors have provided Real Estate education literally for decades. They also have experience in many aspects of real estate marketing, development, and transactions.
Florida Real Estate University provides Florida Real Estate Commission approved courses. These help our students get ready for initial license testing and to later meet CE requirements, maintaining their Florida mandated license. We offer pre license, post license and continuing education courses. Take them from home or on the road. We offer on demand classes anytime, and instructor on Podcasts on your schedule.

Vincent "Vinnie" De Rosa, leads Florida Real Estate University. Mr. De Rosa became a Real Estate Sales Associate in 1973 and made his first raw land sale to Seven Rivers Regional Hospital. Early in his career, he helped his parents Pete & Bruna De Rosa transform land. He worked in creating a housing development, a shopping plaza, and a fire department. His experience in commercial development includes acting as a site agent to oversee vacant land being transformed into a hospital.
An active Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Instructor since 1980, Vinnie lead the industry establishing a Buyer's Broker Real Estate Office and a Real Estate School in Florida.
