YOUR REAL ESTATE INSTRUCTOR Broker * Practitioner * Educator * Mentor Vincent De Rosa has spent a major part of his life in Florida Real Estate. Starting in 1968 when his family moved from Long Island, New York to the Town of Crystal River, Florida and helped developed land with his Dad. He had the opportunity to see raw land turn into a new home development up close. Vinnie became a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate on November 29,1973. He then went on to become a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Licensed Real Estate Instructor on October 13,1980. Having lived in other parts of Florida has given him a real depth of real estate knowledge and practice throughout Florida. He practices what he speaks of in his classes. You will come away with a better understanding of Florida Real Estate Laws and Principles and Practices, if you attend his classes. He opened his Real Estate Office and School in 1981 in Gainesville, Florida then relocated back to Crystal River, Florida in 1983. He felt he needed a new challenge so he moved to Clearwater, Florida in 1985 and opened an Exclusive Buyers Broker Real Estate Office where no one knew how an Exclusive Buyers Brokerage operated, as a result of the situation numerous individuals and families face annually - he was after a different experience, he decided that relocating families deserved better service. They deserved to be represented by a relocation agent who had their interest in mind, the buyer's interest!. He also opened a Real Estate School where he had the opportunity to teach thousands of new licensees throughout Florida. "Vinnie", as he likes to be called, has had the pleasure of being in the forefront of a real estate movement that has never been seen of before nor will it ever happen again. Starting early on in his Real Estate career he had a desire to work as an Exclusive Buyers Broker, but none could be found. Very few professionals have had the chance to be in the right place at the right time. A pioneer in the field of agency, buyer brokerage and corporate relocation, he made it clear to other brokers that he was going to be a leader not follower. Over the years Vinnie has had the opportunity to do more for this new consumer movement regarding Real Estate practices and heighten consumer awareness more than any other Real Estate Broker & Instructor in the United States. He was an invited speaker each year from 1989 -1994 at the National Relocation Conference "SUPER SESSION", and many other local and nation professional and civic organizations throughout the USA speaking in half of the 50 States and Canada. He is a past member of the Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Tampa Association of REALTORS, Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of REALTOR, Florida and National Association of REALTORS, the Buyer's Broker Registry, Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council, Buyer's Broker Referral Network, Employee Relocation Council, Real Estate Educators Association, Florida Real Estate Educators Association and many other state and national groups. Each has given Vinnie the ability to see, learn and implement into his practice. He gets to instruct other Brokers and educators all over the country. Current Life Charter Member of National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents. In 2000 a new door opened and it was the chance to be part of a new Commercial Real Estate Firm in Clearwater, Florida. Having the desire to learn from the best he took on this new role. Midway in 2001 his life turned more toward his family. In 2002 another door opened and lead him to reopen Florida Real Estate University.
